Fabricated Baskets

Built to accommodate all types of loads, this design enables better stacking, better inter locking & less distortion, thereby resulting in a much longer life. These baskets are suitable for all furnace sizes. These new designs add strength to side walls, transferring load to base tray..thereby reducing deformation. The clear spaces of the wire meshes can be as per the customer requirements.

Corrugated Baskets

Corrugated baskets for Pit type furnaces are fabricated from high Ni/Cr alloy steels including AISI 310, Inconel and Incoloy are offered as per customers’ requirements. Corrugations offer additional strength to these Baskets. Riveted joints and unique lifting & locking mechanism of baskets for Pit type furnaces offer excellent resistance to deformation and an extended life of the basket’s manifold. These baskets generally come with a replaceable cast base for longer life. The size of the holes for gas / oil circulation can be as per the customers requirement.

Wire Mesh Baskets

Wire Mesh baskets like these offer maximum open space, and maximum furnace output by reducing dead load on furnace. Such baskets with adequate support give a long and trouble free operation and minimum distortion at elevated temperatures. The clear space of the wire meshes can be made as per the customer’s requirements.

Serpentine Trays

Unique Serpentine design allows ample scope for expansion and contraction during heating and quenching cycles, thereby assisting in resisting deformation to a great extent. It can take very heavy loads too; reduce dead load on the furnace and allow for better output of furnace.

Cast Fixtures

Being one of the oldest manufacturers of heat treatment fixtures, we have a large inventory of standard patterns for base trays and grids for almost all major furnace brands. We offer various sizes of Base Trays for Sealed Quench, Continuous or Vacuum furnaces.

We design trays for new applications alongside modifying the designs of the currently used trays for optimum service life in the most extreme applications.  The Base Trays in the above picture has a built in rail guide for Pusher type furnaces and also has cast panels on the periphery to form one complete basket. Wire Meshes of difference specifications can be added to this in case of small components.

Retorts & Rotary Retorts

Range of Retorts, Retorts Lids, Diffuser Base, Muffles, Shaker Hearth Plates, Retorts for Endo Gas Generators etc. are offered in range of material specification including AISI 310, Incoloy,  etc., whereas cast Diffuser Base and Shaker Hearth Plates are offered in HK, HT and HU grade alloys.

As per our standard practice, all weld joints of Muffles, Retort & Lids etc. are 100% subjected to ultrasonic weld check. Water cooling jackets are hydraulically tested for trouble free operations. Retort lids are also offered in ready to use condition complete with Bearing housing, fan shaft assembly as well as electric motor.

Refurbishing work on such spares is also undertaken for maximum process economy. Our engineers are specialists in conserving and salvaging your old furnace spares.

Fabricated and cast Impellers

We are your replacement source for top quality furnace spares. We manufacture cast or fabricated fans / impellers / fan shaft assemblies for many furnace brands. Cast Fans with shaft or fabricated Impellers are offered duly dynamically balanced in ready to use condition.

Fabricated Impellers are offered with additional reinforcements and single piece shroud offer more than double the life of conventional furnace Impellers. Impellers with multiple tiers generally used for forced air tempering are also offered.

These fans / impellers are offered in AISI 310, Inconel or Incoloy are are cast in high Ni/Cr cast alloys such as HK, HT or HU.

Shaker Hearth Plates

Shaker Hearth Plates are offered in single piece as well as in composite design using casting as well as wrought alloy using state of the art joining process.

Refurbishing work on such spares is also undertaken for maximum process economy. Our engineers are specialists in conserving and salvaging your old furnace spares.

Fusion Welded Fixtures

We are industry’s first to have an in-house state of the art Fusion Welding facility. In great majority of applications, the inter-atomic bond is established by melting. Since there is no use of filler materials or welding electrodes, there is no question of weld cracking and thus it imparts very good weld strength at elevated temperatures. Fusion welded baskets and weld meshes offer very good life as compared to the same fabricated fixtures using conventional welding.

Wire Mesh, Expanded Mesh, Mesh Belt Conveyors

Wire meshes in almost any shape & size are offered in various heat resistant alloys. For bottom mesh on base trays, suitable reinforced openings can also be provided for inserting Corner Posts etc.

Heavy duty Expanded Mesh can be offered which can take heavy load without increasing much dead load on furnace thereby increasing productivity.

Mesh belts made from high Ni/Cr alloys such as AISI 310, 314, Inconel, Incoloy etc. are offered in a range of specifications with or without side guards. Edge welding is done using flux free Argon Arc welding process for optimum performance.

We offer investment castings in high Ni/Cr alloys. This process is capable of producing precise detail and dimensional accuracies in parts weighing from few grams to many kilo grams.

This process reduces and often eliminates need for machining. Our precise dimensional control allows castings to be used with little or no machining. Limitations in green sand moulding process of higher section thickness can also be overcome using this process. This not only reduces the casting cost, but also helps in reducing dead load on the furnace thereby increasing productivity.

It also saves on cost and time as it needs no welding assembling or finishing work. It produces surface finish that can not be obtained by machining or sanding. Design flexibility in Investment castings cannot be found in other metal casting methods.

Typical uses of investment castings for heat treatment include cast Grids of thinner sections, Corner Posts, Loading Beams of thinner cross sections, Centre Pins, Cast links for Conveyors, Heating Element Holders, threaded Nuts, Washer type Spacers etc.
